Is the training package obligatory as a part of onboarding?
Onboarding does not require a separate training package. However, we recommend purchasing a training package for all Enterprise license users.
Do I need to pay up front for a year for ZEF?
Only If you choose the annual payment type. However, you will receive a payment method discount of 10% for your license type if you choose the annual payment type.
What kind of support is included in different license types?
Each license type contains a different support level. For Free users we offer help center. Basic users can use our support e-maill and Pro users will have an additional chat support. Enterprise users can use all our support features plus have a dedicated ZEF contact person.
What happens when my respondent or/and answer limits are exceeded?
Published surveys will keep collecting data beyond the limits, but the data will be hidden from the user until the plan has been upgraded You can buy more contacts or switch to another license type.
How many user accounts are included in the license?
We do not limit the creation of additional users. You can invite as many new users as you want from the tool’s dashboard, free of cost.
Which license type suits me best?
If you are a student or want to test the functionalities of the tool, we recommend you use the Free version.. Basic and Pro license types are best suited for small businesses. For SME companies who use surveys in a more versatile way, the Enterprise license is recommended. You can start using the product for free and purchase additional packages as you go.
For who is ZEF best suited for?
Our survey tool is designed to meet all of your and your organization's survey needs. The size or the sector of your company doesn’t matter. Our pricing is scaled according to usage.
Do I need to have a license for the tool if I want to order a survey as a service?
The total cost of the project will include the Enterprise License for 1-2 months, after which it will automatically be cancelled.
What is the difference between contacts and answers?
The “contacts” mentioned in the pricing table mean people who are identified. For example, a person who has submitted an e-mail address, or a person the tool has identified as a unique respondent is a contact. An answer on the other hand, is a unique answer to a single questionnaire or survey. E.g, one person can answer to four different surveys, making up four answers in total.
Can I cancel my license at any time?
If you have bought the annual license up front, you are able to cancel it any time, but we do not offer refunds. . If you have selected a monthly license, you can cancel it before the next month starts.
